Cottonwood

The Cottonwood Room can be rented alone or in combination with the Sunflower Room (there is a sliding room divider). It is 1560 SQFT and seats approximately 90 people, depending on the table and chair arrangement. The room is equipped with sound system and a projector with 2 A/V access points. This room does not include kitchen access unless rented with the Sunflower Room.

Sunflower (Includes Kitchen)

The Sunflower Room can be rented alone or in combination with the Cottonwood Room (there is a sliding room divider). It is 1313 SQFT and seats approximately 65 people, depending on table and chairs arrangement. The room is equipped with sound system and a projector with 1 A/V access points. This room includes kitchen access. The kitchen is only available with rental of the Sunflower Room or Sunflower and Cottonwood Room combination. Kitchen access includes use of the appliances but does not include use of any utensils, cookware or place settings.

Combination Cottonwood and Sunflower

The Combination Sunflower and Cottonwood Rom is 3681 SQFT and seats approximately 155 people, depending on table and chairs arrangement. The room is equipped with sound system and a projector with 2 A/V access points. This room includes kitchen access.

Patio

Use of the large shared patio is included with the Sunflower and Cottonwood room rentals.

Meadowlark

The Meadowlark Room is 568 SQFT and seats approximately 45 people.  The room is equipped with a big screen television with 1 A/V access points.  This room does not include kitchen access.

The rooms listed above are available to rent everyday of the week between 8AM-11PM (4 hour minimum).

Bison

The Bison Room is a study room that is available, free of charge, during Library hours on a "first come, first serve" basis.  These rooms may also be rented after Library hours Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday until 11PM and on Sunday between 8AM-11PM (2 hour minimum).  The Bison Study room is 165 SQFT and seats approximately 8-12 people.
