Overview
The City of Valley Center Planning and Zoning Board is composed of seven (7) members. Five (5) of the members live within the city limits of Valley Center and two (2) live within three (3) miles of the city's boundaries. The members of the Planning and Zoning Board are appointed by the mayor, with consent of the City Council. Board members serve three-year terms. The Planning and Zoning Board also serves as the Board of Zoning Appeals.
