Position Responsibilities:
- Maintains general appearance of all city parks, public properties, public buildings, swimming pool, and cemetery.
- Operates & maintain vehicles and equipment.
- Performs preventative maintenance & repairs related to building interior & exterior systems such as roofing, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, & custodial operations.
- Performs mowing & landscape maintenance, tree trimming and irrigation system maintenance.
- Performs special projects, renovations & improvements to City facilities.
